GST on Labour supply.
In our organization , skilled/highly skilled workers are being provided by a labour contractor, for which they claim actual man days (minimum wages + cpf + bonus) charges plus 7% commission. Our question is whether GST will be payable on whole billed amount or only commission part?

Yes. GST ll be applicable on whole amount. bcoz their are Labour CONTRACTORS.....
