Gst on labour charges.

We are paying labour charges to contractor (minimum wages + cpf + Bonus) plus 7% commission. My question is whether GST applicable on whol bill amount or on commission part?

Someone is saying GST will be calculated on Commission only, because the logic is we are paying minimum wages to contractor and contractor is passing the same to workers, it is a type of reimbursement of money to contractor. Any one please advice in detail with logic.

Why you ll be note it "CONTRACTOR"...? Is it logic...?

If yes, RCM applicable...

If No also RCM applicable..... Bcoz,

How to you book this transaction in your books of accounts...
