KINDLY HELP ME. I AM SUPPLY ONE MATERIAL IN WHICH PLACE OF SUPPLY IS WEST BENGAL BUT THE BILL ADDRESS IN BANGALORE KARNATAKA MY GST REGISTRATION IN WEST BENGAL. MY QUESTION IS WHAT GST APPLICABLE AT THE TIME OF INVOICING.

If it is inter state then Integrated Goods and Service Tax ( IGST) at applicable rate. Then you need to generate a E-Way bill for the same.
It's dealing as Intra State Supply... GST is CGST and SGST
you need to charged gst as per POS.
u r register in west bengal, material supply in w.b. so the POS is in same state. that why CGST & SGST apply.
Place of supply from WB to WB. It's treated as Intra State supply..
