Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether GST is applicable on interstate services when the amount is below the threshold limit. It explains that if you provide services to another state and your total annual turnover is below £20 lakh, you generally do not need to register for GST or charge it. This is based on specific notifications and sections of the CGST Act, which exempt unregistered persons (URDs) making inter-state service supplies below this threshold.

No need to get gst. You may provide your interstate services without gst until the limit exceeds ie rs. 20 lakhs.
As Per Section 24 Of Cgst Act If Any Person Provideing Taxble Supplies To Out Of State The Person Compalsary Required Registration
Dear Pawan :
In case supply of Services the URD can supply Services Interstate & the provision of Section 24 is not applicable in this case . KINDLY Refer Notification 10/2017 IGST .
So the supplier of Services doing inter-state supply can enjoy the threshold limit of 20 lac as prescribed in Section 22 .
Yes agree with pawan vemula

@ manikanta

have you refer the notification 10/2017 igst ..... so plz do refer the same.  Perosn can supply taxable services interstate having aggregate turnover not exceeding 20 lac is not liable to obtain registration under section 24.
