GST on inheritance Gold
if i want to sell 1kg gold which i received from my grandfather in inheritance .is GST applicable ?

No GST law over inheritance.......... Did your father file any wealth tax return?
Inheritance is not liable to GST. Further, if sale of the inherited gold is not in the course of your business then you are not liable to get registered even if the turnover exceeds Rs.20L and accordingly not liable to GST
