Yes, it is not covered under educational institutions
As per Notification 12 /2017 CT (r)
U.der s.no.66 , the services provided by Educational Institutions upto Higher Secondry is Exempted .
As your services are not cover under the above hence the honorarium reced by you is consideration so its taxable
