I am registered dealer under gst I have purchased home and have received possession of home in last month can I take benefits of GST paid on home purchase
ITC not available in your case since the House Property is being used for Personal Consumption. Refer Section 17(5) of the CGST Act 2017 - " Blocked Credit".
