GST on Gift Vouchers

In Co. A there are 20 employees out of which 5 are contract employee's .
Co. A provide gift Vouchers to 15 employees (value less than 50000). and Co.B provides to 5 contract employee's(value less than 50000). Later on Co. B charges to Co. A for the gift Vouchers provided to contract employee's.
Will this attract GST?
