A trading company sold uts goods to the party on FOR basis i.e sales value including freight.
And the transporter raise bills to the company.
Please clear whether company has to pay gst @ 5% on rcm basis???

If Transporter raised bill to Comapny ( Service Receiver )
Than Company Liable under RCM and Pay Tax @ 5%
