what is GST payable on flat purchase in the year 2019.

GST will be charged on the Purchase of under- construction property or ready-to-move-in flats where completion certificate (CC) is not received at the time of Purchase.
If It's ready flat and Completion certificate is already received, than there is No GST.
If It's ready flat and Completion certificate is already received, than there is No GST.
