what procedure require to follow in gst for any B2C exhibition in another state.

if you are registered person you can show in b2c others column in gstr-1 ....for value of more than 2.5 lakh in b2c large column....

and add in total outward value in gstr-3b.

u have to take casual registration in that state , where u participate in exbition & sold your goods

did I need to pay tax on whole exhibit goods before living the state?

You will have to pay 18% tax of approx value of taxable goods to take casual registration for 90 days.

Also have to file gstr 1 2 and 3 for the period.

excess tax if any, will be refunded after returns furnished.
