my brother recently resigned his job.the company given final settelment slip to him in which they are stating that notice recovery and gst deduction amounts are to be paid by the employee.whether a company can collect gst from their employee in the above scinario?
please reply.its urgent...

2.notice recovery means if the employee resigns before the specified period then company will collect some charges from the employee
