If you are asking about the rate then it's 18% GST rate contract work only for immovable properties.
In this case if your turnover is more than 20 lakh/10 lakh as the case may be, than you are required to take registration under GST and charge GST on service @ 18%
If your turnover is less than above limit, than there is no need to take GST registration.
If your turnover is less than above limit, than there is no need to take GST registration.
