Gst on commercial property
whether GST applies on the transfer property which is meant for commercial purposes. if applies which percentage to be applied and when to be collected whether at time of collection of amount or at the time of registration.

Transfer of any immovable property is out of ambit of GST levy...... be it commercial property.
