Cold storage for agriculture product is exempted . no GST on agriculture product and it's related service.

Do the amount of supply has to mentioned under OTHER OUTWARD SUPPLIES (NIL RATED, EXEMPTED)

I need a clarification on construction of new cold storage .I want to know that if GST will be claimed by the owner paid against  new machinery & installation or on other construction material.
