Please clearify whethere GST would be applicable on refundable security deposited for club membership fee in constrction compnay if we are considering is as liabilities

Refundable Deposits as such are not liable to GST unless the supplier applies such deposit as consideration of said supply.
If deposit is refundable then not consider as Supply. So, GST not applicable for the Deposit.
