Dear Experts,
Can somebody tell me, how to deal with stocks lying unsold on 30/06/2017 especially medical agencies. These agencies are called whole sale traders ; buy medicines from pharma companies and MRP will be printed on them. They will sell the medicines to retailers.
1) After implementation of GST from 1/07/2017 how to sell these MRP printed goods
2) or we have to make back end arrangements like retrning back the goods to pharma companies etc.,

why to arrange buy back of medicine. clear the stock after charging new gst rates simple. & new stock will automaticlally include effect of revise tax structure. try to sale out the old stock in june.
what if the stock is still left on july 1st and should we pay the difference tax amount increased under gst law.
