If the motor car is purchased for transportation of goods, itc can be claimed. ITC cannot be claimed on purchase of vehicles for transportation of staff
if purchase for business used then u cant claim itc credit...if u r dealing in car business then u can clam itc on that
If motor vehicle has purchased after 01.07.2017 than you can not claim ITC. (due to availment of cenvat credit restricted in Section 17(5)).
