GST on bonus
My friend have received % bonus from company in which he is commission agent , which GST rate to be applied on same ???

No he is not employee of company and he has GST No as well he is earning commission income on which 18% GST he is paying and now he have received a bonus ( some % fixed on basis of achievements in company)
Also he can treat it as Commission...
Gst @ 18% to be charged (bonus), it is not employer & employee relation so not exempted
