Bar Licence fees is registration fee based in govt. Gst not applicable.
GST is not leviable on licenses for alcoholic liquor for human consumption
Is their Any Reverse Charge is Appllicable or Not because last time we have pay Service Tax on Reverse Charge & Some Hotel Pay GST on Reverse charge basis on April Month please clear ,any circular related to this also suggest....
