Gst officer asking for Authorization letter in notice for proprietorship business

I have applied GST registration for an Textile manufacturing services from home and as proprietorship business but in notice served by Gst officer asking for Authorization letter as per section 48 and rule 83 of Sgst act.
Please any one can guide me what should I do??
