My client number is canceled Sou moto by department Now Can I apply for new number

You can apply for revocation of cancellation of GST by filing all your dur returns.
It is vary expensive because my client not filled any from last 1 year please give me way out to apply new GST number
U cannot get new GST with cancelled GST Pan.
