sir in case we are not file GST return because of financial position & our GST number is cancel.

I think,
Till the date no more cancel GSTIN if returns not filed by the GSTIN Holder..

but one case is already happened, then what we have to do now ?
In my view.,
No way for get back the Cancelled GSTIN. Apply New Registration
i also not hear about the cancellation of GST tin for non filling of gst returns. but if it is happened in any case then solution is to take new registration or you may coordinate with the assessing officer after that only you will get exact clarity about the facts
but sir we have take now new GST number then our supplier or buyer who has already take the credit of GST from our old GST number , then their credit is reversed back.
then they have pay GST liability seconds time with penalty , is not fair .
