sir, my client has filled gst 3b and gst 1 up to date. But dept send notice for non filling of gst 3b and gst 1 from Apr to sep 2019.
what will i do sir?
I filed gst return regularly within due date. but notice says not filing.

Simply reply to the notice with all the proof that you have filed all the return within due date , attach screenshot of the same .
The notice must be reflecting on your GST login .If facility to reply online is available then reply there . Along with that submit hard copy to your jurisdictional proper officer with the filed GSTR 3B and 1 and the screenshot of filing the same!
