I identified some GST not filed party's they not filed GSTR-1 so that involves not reflect in our GSTR-2A
so now not filed invoices gst amount may I debit to party's or not
please give clearity

Yeah you can pay invoice amount by cutting tax amount untill he will show that invoice in R1.
