Go to Services - Registration - 'Amendment for Non Core Fields'

if i change in promoter details mobile no and e- mail
and then go to authorised person and trick the primary authorised so it will change the mobile & e-mail auto - matically
first you add new authorized person like dummy and trick the primary authorized (please remove old).and ensure OTP get new authorized mobile while adding new one
