I've applied for LUT 2 days ago
and ARN received for that.
when i attempt to Track the status It shows no records found on the ARN.
but the application is still there and showing the status as "Submitted "
but what's the status now
1.is it processed or not ?
2.how can i quote LUT number in Invoice (Tally) as i have not received any LUT number.

As per Circular 40/14/2018 GST : An LUT shall be deemed to have been accepted as
soon as an acknowledgement for the same, bearing the Application Reference
Number (ARN), is generated online.
So you can put the ARN in place of LUT no. on bill , even can enclose copy of ARN
