Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the time limits for utilising GST Input Tax Credit (ITC). While there isn't a strict deadline for utilisation itself, the ability to claim ITC for a financial year extends until the due date of the September return of the following financial year. This means ITC for FY 2022-23 could be claimed up to the September 2023 return.

No time lmits for utilization of ITC...
Time limit for gst utilization from end which assessment year.
Is it...??
Really great ya...!!

Very Well Income Tax knowledge Sirrr...

Please correct me if wrong, you can get the itc till Sep. of the next Financial year , i.e. if you forgot or not taken yet of the f.y. 22-23 yet, you may take it in Sep. 23 return.

I think last date for claiming ITC is 30th November of next FY
