is itc available on Cargo car purchase for transportation of goods by medical stores firm.

Yes, if it's transportation vehicle then You can avail ITC.

Yes, ITC is available since the Motor Vehicle is being used for "transportation of goods." Kindly ensure that all the four conditions as laid down u/s 16(2) of the CGST Act 2017 for claiming ITC has been satisfied before claiming ITC.
