gst ipc in civil work
We are manufacturing company can we claim ipc on civil work related to new building construction used for business purpose eg godowns for storage of raw material and finished goods

As per the provisions of Section 17(5) of CGST Act, 2017, Input tax credit in respect of such building used as godown shall not be taken. The logic is that you have ultimately consumed it as recipient of service.
