A person opting for Composition Levy cannot issue a tax invoice. Instead he is required to issue a Bill of Supply containing particulars as mentioned in Rule 4 of the Draft Invoice Rules.

Invoice wise details of inter and intra inward supply made from unregistered and registered person
Import of goods and services made
Consolidated details of outward supply made
Debit and credit notes issued and received
