Hi,
can we issue a manual invoice under GST ( Invoice number is also hand written)

Yes... You can issue.
But, Better to seal the invoice numbers...

Can URD GST Dealers Issue Intrastate E-Way Bill. For Providing Compilation Of Reference Sheets . Value Approx. Rs. 2000.
