There is no need to seprate billing . there is no mix supply. Go on single bill

medicine wholesaler medicin vat 4.76% so what can I do ?? under GST .sgst cgst or igst will applicable and which rate. and also new start business so gst reg. mandatory for me??

there is no fixed format for invoice in gst , however what is important is various particulars should be there in your invoice
