We are doing the Sub Contract for the Road Construction work in Dinigul, Tamil Nadu. Our Main Contractor's Registered Office at Delhi and their registration is IGST. My Question in which way I need to put the invoice with IGST or (CGST / SGST). Please Advice.

As per my opinion, As a sub contractor, if you are having separate GST number with you means you can raise invoice with CGST and SGST other wise invoice should be raised from your registered office Delhi mentioning IGST.
