In the case of purchase you no need to fill this kind details, only input amount given to the GST return
if the supplier purchases some goods in the invoice there are two addresses one having gstin but supply is to its branch then do we need to update the address where goods are supplied as additional place of business

No Need to Update if Supplier written in your query is purchaser
