Sir i have not claimed 1 lakh input previous year
can i claim it in september return
but I have one more question Sir if I file return then the portal will be red? what should I do in this case

If it is appearing in GSTR-2B then ITC can be claimed
No portal will not be red. File returns.
You can manually enter in GSTR-3B and can be claimed even if it is red
