Wheter ITC will be available on the following items:
---Expenses incurred on insurance of CAR using for business purpose
---Expenditure incurred on Room rent and food & beverage there
---Expenditure incurred on renovation & construction of building for business premise.
GST input will be available for 1st item
and for 2nd and 3rd item input will not be available

pls refer act 17(5) cgst where mention that ' in respect of motor vehicle ' .. the term in in RESPECT OF is broad and covers repair and maintenance of vehicle ... so insurance is dissallowed ...on room rent if this book by GST number and partner , proprietor than ITC available read and understand this section carefully .... |  |
