good morning everyone
Here is one query please explain
If our one branch is registered under GST and one is not and for doing any transaction from unregistered branch we are providing registered branch address and gst no and taking gst input from unregistered branch..is this correct or what please explain and its consequences too.

Dear Neeraj,
If both of your branches are in the same state. Add to your Additional Place of business. that will resolve all the issues. But if are in different states offcourse u need to register

If another branch is in same state with company pan no, then such branch is automatically register under GST when you have apply for GST registration for one branch.All GST law and rules will apply on both branches.

U CAN ADD SUCH DELHI BRANCH IN AGRA BRANCH IN NON CORE AMENDMENT OPTION @ GST PORTAL ONLINE
