can I file Gst without late fees in October since 2017.

No you can not
No you cannot since the due date is gone i.e. 30th September 2020. The Amnesty Scheme is over now. Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs ( CBIC ) gave a lot of opportunities to the taxpayers to clear all pending returns by either full or partial waiver of Late Fees.
No, you can not file without penalty now... because waiver Scheme is already over.
How much penalty will be charged now if I file pending GSTR 3b from 2018 onwards.what is the rate of penalty.Daily basis or monthly basis
