In cases of mixed supply for GST purposes, the highest applicable tax rate is generally always applied. If a lower rate has been charged erroneously, a debit note must be issued to account for the difference in tax owed. It's crucial to adhere to the highest rate rule to ensure compliance with GST regulations.

Always Highest rate will be applicable .
Highest rate is applicable
Highest rate of tax will be applicable always in case of mixed supplies.
But lowest rate when applicable

It will not be mixed supply if you charge lowest rate of tax. As per the act tax have to charged at the highest rate.

If lower rate of GST have been charged then make a debit note for the differential amount of tax.
