GST implication on electronics distributors

Others 415 views 3 replies

suppose @ 28% tax rate what would be tax liability of distributors with turnover between 3-5 cr

would be difference between sale purchase @ 28%...?

Roughly 28% over Gross profit, provided all the goods had been purchased from registered dealer/s.

Electronic goods would proabaly be at 18% and therefore the total tax would reduce under GST.

currently as a trader we pay 13.5% on gross profit but in gst as per rate we hav to pay either 18 or 28% on gp???

than how is gst beneficial for us?
