Is composition sheme apllicable for telecom distributor.
Dear sir,
My uncle doing a business of airtel distributor. He is getting only commission income only. But yearly turnover comes to around 6 cr rupees (Commission amount around 5 lakhs). In this case what will be his turnover and is he eligible for composition scheme under GST.
Since your uncle's turnover is considered for determining the eligibility status under Composition Scheme and not the commission amount, Thus he is not eligible for Composition Scheme as his turnover exceeds Rs. 75 Lacs, Thus he is liable as a Regular Dealer Under GST
how to distributor claim to the company on gst paid or credit taken by him?
