But i also have a doubt regarding using the codes interchangebly .

For instance renting of immovable property as per Hsn code is 997212 but as per SAC Code it is 0440406.

Which of the above should i consider?

This is the right SAC-997212 Rental or leasing services involving own or leased non-residential property
