Gst goods vs gst service

I was registered as UP VAT since 2013 and in July 2017 we got transferred to GST goods as per Govt. norms.

Now the question is can I use the same GST for selling goods as well as services or do I need to do any changes in my GST registration before starting my services business in addition to the goods business we are already doing under GST.
