If it is forming part of salary it wont be leviable to gst or else gst is required to be charged.
Residential purpose is taxable?
No... GST not applicable.
No GST applicable, as the service by way of renting of the residential apartment is exempt. But, consider the same for making the declaration in the appropriate periodic return.
