gst for small fast food outlets

how should a small time fast food outlet conduct gst ..procedures .. if the business has a a turnover below the gst mark

Though it’s not mandatory to get the GST registration if your turnover is less than 20 lakhs however you must file your ITR regularly and u must keep eye on your turnover….. you may get the GST registration to claim the input credit on purchased goods, it will reduce the cost of item and reducing the cost of item would be good for u to do the competition with your competitor in the same industry

for small food counter if its less then 20lks u need not force to registration.but u can take by choice also..if not in gst then cant able to collect service charge..and not liable to take input credit...in calculation u need not to take gst..because in small food court u purchase from small party only if u r in composition..u need to pay reverse charge and also 5%service charge on turnover.wich will increase your sale rate..so keep quite and be a non gst party..but look for your sale also
