Gst for small businesses

one of my clients running dairy parlour they sales milk / chase it exempt from tax but they also sales of pander / Ice cream / butter/ etc which is taxable under gst.
my Confusion is that turnover of milk and chase sales are included in total turnover with taxable goods sales. or not.
Pl. advice and clear the doubt. and give me total turnover definition under which section.

as per section 2(6) of cgst/sgst act, aggregate Turnover includes all taxable supplies, exempt supplies as well as export
including interstate supplies of all business having same pan
