Gst for llp and companies
is it compulsory for company and llp to take gst reg? pls reply thanks in advance

If they crossed the threshold turnover limit of 20 lac /40 lacs as the case may be ,they have to take GST registration, however in some cases registration is compulsory irrespective of the turnover .
