Gst final return notice received

hi all

i have cancelled my gst return on 31.03.2022, i don't have any business for FY 21 and 22

I got cancellation certificate with zero liability

now I got notice from GST office to file GST 10 return

when I'm trying to file it is showing late fine liability 10,000

please let me know what i can do now
