Just split up the GST amount and taxable value while debiting expense.
Audit fee A/c Dr (Taxable value)
CGST A/c Dr
SGST A/c Dr
To TDS payable A/c ( If any)
To Provision for Audit fees A/c
Audit fee A/c Dr (Taxable value)
CGST A/c Dr
SGST A/c Dr
To TDS payable A/c ( If any)
